"Marek Antczak" Construction Company  came into being on the basis of a craft firm in 1981. In the beginning we mostly dealt with construction work and repairs. The experience gained then has been paying up till now. The staff employed then have become the hard core of the company.

 Now, the firm has developed into a company employing almost 200 people, it has modern  building equipment and owns a concrete mixing plant and a prefabrication workshop with a laboratory. Employing a steady team of experienced, highly qualified professionals with all the neccessary authorizations has affected the dynamic development of the company as well as high quality of our services. Implementing the latest technology and materials, mechanization of building works, and constant care for the staff`s working conditions make the company strong and competitive.We are driven by the principle of fair trade at every stage of project preparation, using the knowledge and professional skills gained over the years.

The dynamic progression of the developer market has decidedly affected the trend in the company`s activity. Since the 1990`s the company as a developer has been carrying out numerous housing projects in various regions of Poland, mainly in Kalisz, Warszawa and Poznań.

Up till now the company has completed nearly 2500 flats and houses, including 800 for housing associations. The current situation on the real estate market makes the company still more active in acquiring new building lands for housing construction.
